The survey collects limited personal information to allow the County Office of Response, Recovery and Resilience (OR3) to follow up with you if clarification on your comments is needed. Providing your zip code information allows OR3 to identify the areas of the County from which comments are received and where additional outreach efforts may be needed to ensure all regions of Santa Cruz County are given the opportunity to participate.
Information collected will not be used for any other government or private marketing purposes.
