Employment Services

By June 2025, Human Services will increase by 15 percent female dislocated workers retaining employment six months after exiting their employment services program to ensure economic self-sufficiency.

Update training scholarship opportunities to reflect in-demand jobs. Regularly review and discuss female outcomes with staff and community stakeholders. Conduct outreach to employers to ensure dislocated workers are placed in job opportunities related to their education and experience. Follow up with dislocated workers, after exiting the program, to ensure they do not need additional employment services.
