Staff Training

By June 2025, HSA-Administration will design a sustainable Training Program, supporting the organization's Strategic Plan Focus Areas of Operational Excellence and Community Collaboration, with 75 percent staff participation.

Establishing an internal steering committee including at least one representative per division. Develop a charter to center community and health equity with the program design. Conduct an analysis of existing programming, training needs and preferred delivery models (online, in person, etc.). Design and document the sustainable training program (frequency of trainings, etc.), identifying which trainings, and training delivery (online, in person, etc.).
