Remote Work

By June 2022, Information Services will enable remote and shared work environments with the appropriate technology, training and tools.

Develop, release and maintain training materials, using supported tools for a hybrid work force on intranet and Remote County Worker team sites. In collaboration with departments, update Remote Work Policy to ensure policies and practices are in concert with the goals of the County with respect to County staffing as needed. Complete recommended work station equipment plan for shared work spaces, including technology and scheduling solutions. Launch shared work/hoteling work enviromment appropriate for differerent departments in new South County location.
