Expand access for customers including new remotely-delivered access points, remote appointments, and transmit e-signed documents. Increase staff's access to electronic technologies such as: e-fax; internet telephones; video conferencing, and other web-based services. Provide continuous training and continue to adjust and refine processes in partnership with staff and customers.
